BEFORE: M.K. Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) September 23, 1994 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On July 18, 1994 Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. ("Centra Gas") filed for Commission approval an Industrial Gas Sales Agreement and General Terms and Conditions ("the Agreement") for natural gas service under the Competitive Range Rate Class for Doman Forest Products Ltd. ("Doman") for use at its forest products operations and dry kiln located at Chemainus, B.C.; and B. Sales under the Agreement are limited to specific equipment listed in a letter dated July 21, 1994 from Salton Fabrication Ltd. to Doman; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves the Industrial Gas Sales Agreement dated June 20, 1994 and General Terms and Conditions under the Competitive Range Rate Class between Centra Gas and Doman at Chemainus, B.C.
