BEFORE: M.K. Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) January 27, 1994 ORDER WHEREAs: A. On January 17, 1994 Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. ("Centra Gas") filed for Commission approval an amended Industrial Gas Sales Agreement and General Terms and Conditions ("the Agreement") for natural gas service under the Competitive Range Rate Class to Rage's Farms Ltd.'s greenhouse facility at Port Albemi, B.C.; and B. The Agreement was amended effective June 1, 1993 to reflect changes to a previous Agreement incorporating competitive conditions with other customers served by Centra Gas under the Competitive Range Rate Class; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves the November 29, 1993 Industrial Gas Sales Agreement including General Terms and Conditions under the Competitive Range Rate Class between Centra Gas and Rage's Farms Ltd.
