("WKP") applied to increase its revolving term loan facility from $10 million to $20 million with the Bank of Montreal dated May 9, 1984, pursuant to Section 57 of the Utilities Commission Act (the "Act"); and B. The Commission has reviewed the Application and a certified copy of the November 10, 1994 Resolution of the Board of Directors of WKP, and approves the terms thereof. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves for WKP, the increase in the Revolving Term Loan facility from $10 million to $20 million with the Bank of Montreal, pursuant to Section 57 of the Act.
