Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) November 3, 1994 ORDER WHEREAS: A. Commission Order No. G-131-93 approved for BC Gas Utility Ltd. ("BC Gas") the Natural Gas for Vehicles ("NGV") refueling probe retrofit program with such costs added to a rate base deferral account and collected from Rate Schedule 6 customers by way of a rate rider over a three year period; and B. On October 21, 1994 BC Gas advised the Commission that the retrofit program was completed in all service areas except Fort Nelson and requested approval to establish the NGV retrofit rider for Rate Schedules 6 and 6A customers in the Lower Mainland, Inland and Columbia service areas at $0.284/GJ effective November 1, 1994; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for BC Gas an NGV retrofit rate rider of $0.284/GJ to all customers taking service under Rate Schedules 6 and 6A in the Lower Mainland, Inland and Columbia Divisions effective November 1, 1994. 2.
