BEFORE: M.K. Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) March 23, 1994 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On February 22, 1994 Morrison Petroleums Ltd. ("Morrison") applied for approval of Crude Petroleum Tariff No. IB covering Rules and Regulations governing the gathering and transportation of crude petroleum by pipeline as well as amendments to rates contained in Crude Petroleum Tariff No. 2E effective with transportation of product effective March 1, 1994, pursuant to Part 7 of the Pipeline Act ("the Act"); and B. The Rules, Regulations and Rates contained in the Tariff apply to the gathering and transportation of crude petroleum at the receiving points of Boundary Lake, Beatton, Milligan and Peejay areas to Numac Energy Inc.'s refinery near Taylor, B.C.; and C. On June 30, 1993 Morrison purchased the crude petroleum pipeline from Norcen Energy Resources Ltd. and adopted the existing Rules, Regulations and Rates for the pipeline; and D. The Commission has considered Morrison's Application and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: Pursuant to Part 7 of the Pipeline Act, the Commission approves and accepts for filing for Morrison Petroleums Ltd. effective March 1, 1994 as follows: 1. Tariff No. IB - Ru1es and Regulations governing the gathering and transportation of crude petroleum by pipeline. 2. Rates contained in Crude Petroleum Tariff No. 2E.
