On April 27, 1994 BC Gas Utility Ltd. - Lower Mainland Division ("BC Gas") filed an application with the Commission ("the Application") to amortize after-tax deferred costs of $407,200 over three years commencing January 1, 1994 as a result of the Furnace Repair Plan being discontinued by Commission Decision and Order No. G-82-93; and B. The costs included the loss of expected revenue provided for in the BC Gas' 1992 Revenue Requirements Application, and the Participant Funding paid to Registered Intervenors resulting from Order No. F-2-94; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders that the Application is approved.
