On October 17, 1995 Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. - Vancouver Island service area ("Centra Gas") applied to the Commission for approval of two Letter Agreements establishing pricing arrangements for the 1995/96 gas purchase year to its long-term Gas Supply Contracts with the following suppliers: • September 8, 1995 Letter Agreement with Petro-Canada Inc. ("Petro-Canada") amending the pricing to the April 30, 1991 Gas Purchase Agreement; • September 15, 1995 Letter Agreement with Husky Oil Operations Ltd. ("Husky") amending pricing to the August 30, 1993 Gas Purchase Agreement; and B. The Commission has reviewed the gas supply contract amendments and finds that they should be approved. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules, the Commission approves the following gas supply contract amendments for Centra Gas: 1. Letter Agreement dated September 8, 1995 with Petro-Canada amending pricing for the 1995/96 gas contract year under the Gas Purchase Agreement dated April 30, 1991. 2. Letter Agreement dated September 15, 1995 with Husky amending pricing for the period April 1, 1995 through October 31, 1996 under the Gas Purchase Agreement dated August 30, 1993.
