Jaccard, Chairperson; ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner; and ) June 17, 1994 M.R. Payne, Commissioner ) ORDER WHEREAS: A. On March 7, 1994 a public hearing commenced at Rossland, B.C. into the West Kootenay Power Ltd., ("WKP") November 30, 1993 Application for its 1994/95 Revenue Requirements, its December 3, 1993 Rate Design Application and its draft Integrated Resource Plan ("IRp lI ) of December 30, 1993 ("the Applications"); and B. Commission Order No. G-125-93 granted WKP an interim rate increase of 5.7 percent effective January 1, 1994 subject to refund and a public hearing; and C. The Commission has considered the Applications and the evidence adduced thereon, all as set forth in the Decision issued concurrently with this Order. NOW THEREFORE the Commission, for reasons stated in the Decision, orders WKP as follows: 1. The Rate Base and Revenue Requirements for the test years ending December 31, 1994 and December 31, 1995 are as set out in the Schedules contained in the Decision. 2. A general revenue requirement increase of 2.4 percent for 1994 and 3.1 percent for 1995 to all customer classes is approved as finn. 3. An Integrated Resource Plan in final fonn is to be filed for approval by February 28, 1995. 4. The Commission will accept, subject to timely filing by WKP, amended Electric Tariff Rate Schedules which confonn to the tenns of the Commission's Decision. 5. WKP will comply with all directions contained in the Decision accompanying this Order. DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this day of June, 1994.
