Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) March 30, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On March 20, 1995 Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. ("PNG") applied to the Commission for approval of a Buy/Sell Gas Purchase Contract with Enershare Technology Corporation ("Enershare") commencing April 1, 1995 that it is developing based on the BC Gas buy/sell contracts that have been approved by the Commission; and B. The Commission has reviewed the filing and is satisfied that the buy/sell gas purchase contract should be approved. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules, the Commission orders the following for PNG: 1. The Buy/Sell Gas Purchase Contract with Enershare for a contract volume of approximately 441 GJ/day at Station #2 commencing April 1, 1995 is approved in principle. 2. PNG is to file, in a timely manner, the fully executed form of the gas supply contract approved by this order.
