("PNG") applied to the Commission for approval of Gas Supply Pricing Arrangements for the 1994/95 gas contract year by way of a February 3, 1995 Letter Agreement between the company's energy manager Westcoast Gas Services Inc. and Czar Resources Ltd. ("Czar"); and B. The Commission has considered the Application and Letter Agreement and is satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules, the Commission approves the following gas supply arrangement for PNG: The Letter Agreement with Czar dated February 3, 1995 which establishes 1994/95 pricing under the PNG gas purchase contract dated October 28, 1991.
