Jaccard, Chair; and ) F.e. Leighton, Commissioner ) March 4, 1994 WHEREAS: A. On November 22, 1993 British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.e. Hydro") filed with the Commission an application which requested a reconsideration pursuant to Section 114 of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Application"); and B. The Application requested reconsideration of the portion of the Commission's October 25, 1993 Phase B Rate Design Decision for BC Gas Utility Ltd.("BC Gas") which dealt with the Burrard Thermal Interruptible Gas Purchase Agreement ("the Burrard Agreement"); and e. On December 2, 1993, and February 15, 1994 B.e. Hydro filed submissions in support of the Application; and D. On December 24, 1993, December 29, 1993, and March 1, 1994 BC Gas filed submissions opposing the Application and commenting on the supporting submissions filed by B.e. Hydro; and E. The Commission has reviewed the Application and all related submissions and has determined that a reconsideration of its decision of October 25, 1993 with respect to the Burrard Agreement is not required.
