Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) February 20, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. Commission Order No. E-3-94 directed Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. Fort St. John Division ("Centra Gas") to bring its baseload gas supply contracts into compliance with the Rules for Energy Supply Contracts ("the Rules") by December 31, 1994 and to file progress reports at the end of each calendar quarter; and B. On February 7, 1995 Centra Gas filed Progress Report #3 and requested approval of an agreement with Westcoast Gas Services Inc. ("WGSI") for management of off-line services; and C. The Commission has reviewed the gas supply arrangements for Centra Gas and finds that approval is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for Centra Gas the action plan as set out in its Quarterly Supply Portfolio Restructuring Report #3 to bring its Fort St. John supply into conformance with the Rules. 2. Centra Gas is directed to discuss the combination of the supply pools for the Fort St. John and VIGAS service areas as part of its 1995/96 Gas Contracting Plan. 3. The Commission approves the November 18, 1994 Letter Agreement with WGSI for the management and use of Centra Gas' Westcoast Energy Inc. off-line service during the 1993/94 gas contract year.
