Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) January 26, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On January 13, 1995 Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. ("Centra Gas") filed a Letter Agreement dated December 12, 1994 with its gas supply manager, Westcoast Gas Services Inc. ("WGSI"), which established prices for the 1994/95 gas contract year under its baseload gas purchase contract dated November 1, 1986 for deliveries from Conoco Canada Limited ("Conoco"); and B. Centra Gas filed for approval, Gas Transaction Agreements with WGSI and Ocelot Energy Inc. ("Ocelot") both dated November 1,1994 for the supply of peaking gas in the 1994/95 gas contract year; and C. Centra Gas also filed for approval a Letter Agreement with WGSI dated November 23, 1994 which amends the Peaking Gas Management Contract dated November 1, 1993; and D. The Commission has reviewed the gas supply arrangements and finds that they should be approved. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules, the Commission approves the following gas supply arrangements for Centra Gas: 1. Letter Agreement with WGSI dated December 12, 1994 which established prices for the 1994/95 gas contract year under the November 1, 1986 arrangement for baseload deliveries from Conoco. .../2
2 2. Gas Transaction Agreement with WGSI dated November 1, 1994 for 5,000 GJ/day of peaking gas for the 1994/95 gas contract year. 3. Gas Transaction Agreement with Ocelot dated November 1, 1994 for 1,500 GJ/day of peaking gas for the 1994/95 gas contract year. 4. Letter Agreement with WGSI dated November 23, 1994 which amends the Peaking Gas Management Contract dated November 1, 1993.
