Application for Common Carrier Under Section 82 of the Act Terms for Use of Amerada Hess Canada Ltd. Pipeline in Boundaty Lake Commission Letter No. L-20-94 dated July 28, 1994, in response to the July 19, 1994 Common Carrier Application from Husky Oil Operations Ltd. (''Husky Oil"), set the matter down for a written hearing. Home Oil Company Limited and Westcoast Energy Inc. intervened in response to the published Notice of Written Hearing, but each stated it did not intend to actively participate in the proceeding. The Commission has received the attached letter dated September 13, 1994 from Husky Oil and Amerada Hess Canada Ltd. ("Amerada Hess") stating that they have agreed to tenns for transporting Husky Oil's gas. That letter withdraws the Common Carrier Application and requests cancellation of the hearing process. The Commission hereby advises the public and all interested parties that the written hearing set down by Letter No. L-20-94 is hereby canceled and that the Commission's costs with respect to this proceeding will be charged in equal amounts to Husky Oil and Amerada Hess.
