On October 6, 1995 the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources requested that the unit transportation tolls for the Vancouver Island Pipeline be recalculated for the gas contract year covering the period November 1, 1993 to October 31, 1994 using an adjusted load factor pursuant to Section 5,02 of the Gas Transportation Agreement; and B, As a result of the recalculation, the total credit to the Rate Stabilization Fund is $179,918.47 (before GST); and C. The Commission has reviewed the reports and determines that the recalculated unit transportation tolls on the PCEC pipeline should be confirmed.
