Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) November 27, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On November 14, 1995 B.C. Hydro filed its Wholesale Transmission Services Application ("the Application") and requested approval of its rates and terms and conditions of service, on an interim basis, by January 31, 1996; and B. The Application asks for approval of three rates: network transmission serVIce rate, point-to-point transmission services rate and an ancillary services rate; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and finds that a regulatory schedule of deadlines IS required to be issued. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders B.C. Hydro as follows: 1. The Commission issues the following timetable in the review of the B.C. Hydro Wholesale Transmission Services Application: Action Date (1996) (a) Information Requests sent to B.C. Hydro January 2 (b) B.C. Hydro responses to Information Requests January 15 (c) Written Submission by Intervenors February 5 (d) Oral Public Hearing February 19 .. ./2

Hydro is to provide a copy of its proposed Wholesale Transmission Services Application and this Commission Order to all affected customers and known registered intervenors and interested parties into its prior rate design/ISO application. 3. All parties intending to apply for Participant Funding must file a budget by December 22, 1995 consistent with the Commission's Policy and Rate Sheet as outlined in Order No. G-117-93. Copies of the Participant Funding Poliey and Rate Sheet are available upon request. 4. The matter of Commission approval of the requested interim approval of the Application will be the subject of a further Commission Order.
