("BC Gas") applied to the Commission to increase rates to all customers in the Lower Mainland, Inland and Columbia Divisions effective January 1, 1996 with further increases effective January 1, 1997 and 1998. The Commission has set a provisional hearing date of November 14, 1995. PROCESS • As outlined in a timetable contained in Order No. G-60-95, BC Gas will conduct various workshops (on specific and technical issues) for Intervenors and Interested Parties on September 12, 13 and 14, 1995 commencing at 8:30 A.M. daily in its main floor meeting rooms located at 1111 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, B.C. • A final Pre-hearing Conference will be held at 8:30 a.m., October 6, 1995 in the Commission's Hearing Room in order to identify the principal issues and to determine the final process. • Subject to agreement of the parties, negotiations to seek resolution of certain issues will occur from October 11 to 13, 1995. Any settlement agreement and all unresolved issues will be considered by the Commission in the public hearing commencing on November 14, 1995. PUBLIC INSPECTION OF THE APPLICATION The Application, supporting material and Commission Orders No. G-54-95, and G-60-95 are available for inspection at the following locations: BC Gas Utility Ltd. 2 INTERVENTIONS Intervenors and Interested Parties are to advise the Commission Secretary of their intention to participate in the proceedings, in writing, by September 8, 1995. INFORMATION REQUESTS Registered Intervenors or Interested Parties requesting additional information from the Applicant should do so as soon as possible, but no later than September 20, 1995. Information Requests shall be responded to by BC Gas as soon as possible, but no later than October 4, 1995. SUBMISSIONS BY INTERVENORS Written submissions or evidence from Intervenors is required to be filed, one copy each, with the Commission Secretary and BC Gas, by October 23, 1995. PARTICIPANT FUNDING All parties intending to apply for Participant Funding must file a budget by September 8, 1995 consistent with the Commission's Policy and Rate Sheet as outlined in Order No. G-117-93. Copies of the Participant Funding Policy and Rate Sheet are available upon request.
