On April 28, 1995 Kanelk Transmission Company Limited ("Kanelk", "the Applicant"), pursuant to section 64 of the Utilities Commission Act, ("the Act") filed an application for approval of rates for transmission and other services provided by or through Kanelk to British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") effective June 1, 1995, January 1, 1996 and January 1, 1997; and B. By Order No. G-87-95 dated October 17, 1995, the Commission issued its Decision into the April 28, 1995 application; and C. On November 14, 1995, Kanelk applied to the Commission pursuant to section 114 of the Act for a reconsideration ("the Reconsideration Application ") of certain aspects of the October 17, 1995 Decision; and D. The Commission has considered the Application and has determined that the following actions are required. .../2

Any Registered Intervenor or other party who wishes to comment on the Reconsideration Application is to file a written submission with the Commission Secretary and the Applicant no later than Thursday Wr'itt",n S11blnis:Slcms should address the following preliminary points: (a) Should there be any reconsideration by the Commission? (b) If there is to be a reconsideration, should the Commission hear new evidence? 2.
