Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) November 2, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On October 27 and November 1, 1995 BC Gas Utility Ltd. ("BC Gas") applied to the Commission for approval to make changes to notice requirements and other consequential changes to Rate Schedules 5, 7, 8, 10, 25 and 27; and B. Commission Order No. E-13-94 directed BC Gas to offer market based commodity prices for interruptible gas to customers up to approximately 10 days in advance of the next gas contract year. The Commission's July 7, 1995 Decision into the gas core market specified a 60 day notice period for a core consumer making the change between system and direct purchase gas; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for BC Gas changes to notice requirements of Rate Schedules 5, 7, 8, 10, 25 and 27, effective November 1,1995, as set out in BC Gas' letter dated October 27 and November 1,1995. 2. BC Gas is to inform all affected customers served under Rate Schedules 5, 7, 8, 10, 25 and 27 of the changes approved by this Order.
