S.B.C. 1980, c. 60, as amended An Application by Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited for Renewal of Bank Credit Facilities BEFORE: M.K. Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) September 7, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On August 21, 1995 Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited ("PLP") applied for Commission approval to renew its banking credit agreement, pursuant to Section 57(2) of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act"); and B. The credit arrangements with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce provide for the renewal and increase of existing loan facilities as well as providing for new loan arrangements for financing the Missezula Lake extension and PLP's investment in the Princeton co-generation plant; and C. The Commission has considered the application and supporting material and finds that approval of the bank loan restructuring is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 57(2) of the Act, the Commission approves for PLP the renewal of credit facilities with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as follows: $ 650,000 Operating Demand Loan $1,386,502 Capital Fixed Rate/Fixed Term Loan $ 10,000 Corporate Visa $ 100,000 Special Operating Loan $ 100,000 Letter of Credit DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this day of September, 1995.
