Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) June 22, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On June 19, 1995 BC Gas Utility Ltd. ("BC Gas") filed with the Commission a Letter of Intent to file a three-year Revenue Requirements Application ("the Application") for the test years 1996 to 1998 effective January 1, 1996; and B. The Commission, in its desire to expedite issues relating to the Application, requires that a timetable and a process for dealing with the issues be established. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission will hold a Pre-Hearing Conference on BC Gas' proposed Application on July 20, 1995 commencing at 8:30 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room. The Conference will address procedural matters which will include, but not be limited to, the following: • scheduling; • completeness of the Application; • identification of principal issues; • process; • location(s) of the hearings; and • other matters that will enable the hearing to efficiently cover and review all aspects of the Application.
2 2. BC Gas is to file the proposed Application at least ten days prior to the Pre-Hearing Conference. 3. Interested parties who would like to receive a from BC Gas and to inform the Commission, in writing, of their intention to attend the Pre-Hearing Conference. 4. Following the results of the Pre-Hearing Conference, the Commission will issue a Notice of Public Hearing.
