PELLATT COMMISSION SECRETARY VIA FACSIMILE Dear Interested Party: Re: West Kootenay Power Ltd. 1995 Integrated Resource Plan The Commission has received the WKP's Integrated Resource Plan ("IRP"). Commission in its review of the IRP, the Commission is asking interested parties to provide written submissions commenting on the IRP by January 15, 1996. These submissions should indicate the extent and nature of any concerns parties may have with the IRP or with the process through which it was developed. In addition, the Commission is asking parties to address whether the written process established by this letter is sufficient to address any concerns that may arise with respect to the document, whether a more extensive written process is required or whether a further oral hearing would be in the public interest. Such a hearing could take place as an addendum to public hearings already contemplated to occur in 1996 or could be a separate hearing. Copies ofWKP's IRP may be obtained directly from the Utility.
