Jaccard, Chairperson ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson; and ) April 6, 1995 H.J. Page, Commissioner ) ORDER WHEREAS: A. On January 4, 1995 BC Gas Utility Ltd. ("BC Gas") applied to the Commission for approval of a November 1, 1993 Gas Sales Agreement ("the Agreement") with Squamish Gas Co. Ltd. ("Squamish Gas"); and B. The Agreement supersedes the October 31, 1991 agreement filed as Gas Tariff Supplement No. 28, approved by Commission Order No. G-83-92, and ties the rates for gas sold to Squamish Gas to the cost of gas paid by BC Gas, at Huntingdon, B.C. plus a gas supply management fee of 2.0¢/GJ; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves and accepts for filing the BC Gas November 1, 1993 Gas Sales Agreement with Squamish Gas covering the period November 1, 1991 to November 1, 2001. 2. The October 31, 1991 Agreement for gas supply, known as Gas Tariff Supplement No. 28, is approved for cancellation effective October 31, 1993. 3. BC Gas is directed to file tariff revisions to Tariff Supplement No. 28 that correspond to the Agreement. DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this day of April, 1995.
