On December 22, 1994 BC Gas applied for approval to transfer unutilized funds from 1994 deferral accounts relating to DSM Programs approved in the Commission's August 12, 1994 Phase 3 Decision, to the DSM spending program that will occur in 1995; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Applications and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves for BC Gas the December 22, 1994 Application to transfer spending from the 1994 DSM Programs approved by the Phase 3 Decision to 1995 deferral accounts.
