On SeptemberÊ30, 1995 the British Columbia Hydro and Power AuthorityÊ("B.C.ÊHydro") filed its preliminary 1995 Integrated Resource PlanÊ("the IRP"); and B. On NovemberÊ6, 1995 B.C.ÊHydro filed its final 1995 IRP with Appendices; and C. The Commission solicited and received comments on the type of review for B.C.ÊHydro's IRP and by Order No.ÊG-110-95 set the matter down for public hearing and issued a regulatory timetable; and D. On January 24, 1996 the Commission received a request from B.C. Hydro to delay the commencement of the public hearing; and E. The Commission reviewed its Regulatory Schedule for the Spring, 1995; and F. The Commission has reviewed the dates outlined in Order No.ÊG-110-95 and finds that a delay in the commencement of proceedings and timing deadlines is required. .../2
2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders B.C.ÊHydro as follows: 1. The Commission issues the following amended timetable in the review of B.C.ÊHydro's 1995 IRP. Action B.C. Hydro responses to Information Requests Written Submissions by Intervenors Oral Public Hearing 2. B.C.ÊHydro is to inform all participants of the amended dates of the IRP Application and to provide a copy of this Order in all District offices.
