Ltd. for Approval of Increased Dishonoured Cheque Charges BEFORE: M.K. Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) May 25, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On May 17, 1995, BC Gas Utility Ltd. ("BC Gas") and Squamish Gas Co. Ltd. ("Squamish Gas") jointly filed with the Commission for approval an application to increase dishonoured cheque charges from $17 to $20. The increased service charge for NSF cheques will be equivalent to that of British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority which administers BC Gas' bill collections in the Lower Mainland Division, and is consistent for all service areas of BC Gas; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1.
