Integrated Resource Plan (lfIRp If ) The Commission has received WKP's 1995 Integrated Resource Plan and is considering the best method of public review. Two options open to the Commission are a review of the IRP as part of the 1996 Revenue Requirements Application which WKP has indicated it will file prior to the end of this calendar year or a written review of the IRP which would be conducted independently of the Revenue Requirements Application. The Commission would not undertake this latter course unless there was significant support from intervenors and other interested parties. Accordingly, the Commission is requesting that WKP indicate whether the utility would prefer that the Commission schedule the IRP review as part of the Revenue Requirements Application or would prefer that the Commission canvass the interested public as to the acceptability and desirability of a written review.
