The Commission, by Order No.ÊG-56-96, directed Squamish Gas Co. Ltd.Ê(ÒSquamish GasÓ) to file an application by AugustÊ31, 1996 covering utility operations for the fiscal periods AugustÊ6, 1991 to DecemberÊ31, 1995 as required by the Ministry of Employment and Investment in its letter dated MayÊ31, 1996; and B. Squamish Gas filed its detailed Application in accordance with the Order on AugustÊ30, 1996; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that the setting of a pre-hearing conference is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. A pre-hearing conference into the Application is set to commence at 9:00Êa.m. on Wednesday, OctoberÊ9, 1996 in the CommissionÕs Hearing Room, 6th Floor 900 Howe Street, Vancouver, B.C. The pre-hearing conference will discuss the process, preliminary issues and future regulatory timetable to deal with the Application. 2.
