On JanuaryÊ24, 1996 British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (B.C.ÊHydro") applied to the Commission for approval of a standard form Special Contract for All Customers in the Rogers Pass Area ("the Contract") that will allow B.C.ÊHydro to vary its standard Terms and Conditions of service as provided for in its Electric Tariff; and B. The Contract, known as Electric Tariff Supplement No.Ê27, will allow B.C.ÊHydro to serve its Rogers Pass Area customers at standard ZoneÊI rates, but with Terms and Conditions of service that arise from a JulyÊ1, 1995 Wheeling Agreement between B.C.ÊHydro and Canadian Pacific Limited; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Contract and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for B.C.ÊHydro, Electric Tariff Supplement No.Ê27, a standard form Special Contract for All Customers in the Rogers Pass Area, for the period commencing FebruaryÊ1, 1996 and ending JulyÊ1, 2014.
