On MayÊ24, 1996 Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited (ÒPLPÓ) filed an application for Commission approval to accelerate the amortization of the Power Sense Program Costs deferral account balance of $15,611 over a period of 60 months; and B. The Power Sense Program Costs deferral account is presently being amortized at a straight-line rate of 5Êpercent per year. PLP has requested an increase to the amortization rate to 60Êmonths; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that an accelerated amortization period should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves the PLP Application for an accelerated amortization rate of Power Sense Program Costs of $15,611 over a 60-month period.
