Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) February 20, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On December 22, 1994 the Commission, by Order No. P-6-94, approved Trans Mountain Enterprises of British Columbia Limited's ("TME") November 15, 1994 Application for a 3.5 percent toll reduction effective January 1, 1995 on an interim basis pursuant to Section 44 of the Pipeline Act, R.S.B.C. c. 328 ("the Act"); and B. In December, 1994 Vancouver Airport Fuel Facilities Corporation and Canadian Airlines International ("the Airlines") complained about TME's Application. The concerns raised by the Airlines were subsequently responded to by TME; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application, the Airlines' comments, TME's response and finds that a toll reduction of 3.5 percent effective January 1, 1995 is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission, pursuant to the Act, approves for TME a 3.5 percent permanent toll reduction for its Jet Fuel Pipeline effective January 1, 1995. 2.
