Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) June 22, 1995 ORDER WHEREAS: A. The Commission, by Order No. P-4-95, approved for Trans Mountain Enterprises of British Columbia Limited ("TME") a 5.5 percent interim toll reduction on its Jet Fuel Pipeline effective April 1, 1995, subject to review in the event of a complaint from its Shippers; and B. On June 9, 1995 the Airlines, a shipper on TME's Jet Fuel Pipeline, complained that the interim Tolls understated the pipeline throughput estimates for the summer months. TME met with its Shippers on June 15, 1995 and provided revised Tolls based on the new throughput projections; and C. On June 19, 1995 TME filed with the Commission an application that provides for a 7.1 percent permanent Toll Reduction on the Jet Fuel Pipeline effective April 1, 1995 to which the Shippers have agreed; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that it is in accordance with Section 44 of the Pipeline Act. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for TME a 7.1 percent permanent Toll Reduction on the Jet Fuel Pipeline effective April 1, 1995.
