Ltd. for Approval to Increase Propane Prices BEFORE: M.K. Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) June 7, 1996 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. The Commission, by Order No.ÊE-20-94, approved for Squamish Gas Co. Ltd.Ê(ÒSquamish GasÓ) an increase in the cost of propane to be recovered from the credit balance in the Propane Cost Deferral Account commencing NovemberÊ1, 1994 at the rate of $0.0224 per litre and remaining in place until such time as the credit balance is extinguished; and B. On MayÊ30, 1996, as amended by letter dated JuneÊ3, 1996, Squamish Gas applied to the Commission for approval to increase rates to all propane customers as a result of the elimination of the credit balance in the Propane Cost Deferral Account, in the amount of $0.0224 per litre, equivalent to $0.246Êper CCF after adjustment for losses, effective JuneÊ1, 1996; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval to increase propane rates to all customers is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for Squamish Gas an increase in propane rates of $0.246Êper CCF to all customers, effective JuneÊ1, 1996 as follows: First Revision of Sheet No.Ê10.1 - General Service Propane Rate 2.
