On August 2, 1996 Tatlayoko Think Tank ("TTT") filed an application for a participant funding cost award in the amount of $875.00 to recover costs expended in preparing for the British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") Integrated Resource Plan ("IRP") public hearing which did not proceed; and B. The Commission has determined that TTT's reimbursement should be limited to three days of preparation time which is consistent with previous awards made in the B.C. Hydro IRP proceeding and in accordance with Commission approved guidelines; and C. The Commission discussed the claim having regard to the criteria and rates set out in Order No. G-117-93. NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Section] 33.1 (2) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to TTT in the amount of $525.00.
