Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) March 29, 1996 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On March 4, 1996 Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. ("Centra Gas") applied to the Commission for approval of pricing amendments for the 1995/96 gas contract year under the November I, 1986 contract with Westcoast Gas Services Inc. ("WGSI") for the supply of gas to the Fort St. John Division; and B. On March 12, 1996 Centra Gas applied to the Commission for approval of winter peaking and seasonal gas supply arrangements with WGSI for the 1995/96 gas contract year for the Fort St. John and VIGAS Divisions; and C. On March 15, 1996 Centra Gas applied to the Commission for approval of a winter seasonal gas supply agreement with Mobil Oil Canada Ltd. ("Mobil") for the 1995/96 gas contract year for the VIGAS area; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Agreements and is satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Rules, the Commission approves the following amendments and Agreements for Centra Gas: I. Winter Seasonal Agreement dated November 14, 1995 with Mobil for up to 5,500 GJ/d for the VIGAS Division. 2. Winter Seasonal Agreement dated October 30, 1995 with WGSI for 3,500 GJ/d for the VIGAS Division. 3. Winter Seasonal Agreement dated October 30, 1995 with WGSI for 7,000 GJ/d for the Fort St. John Division. 4. Letter Agreement dated February 9, 1996 which establishes prices for 1995/96 under the Baseload Gas Purchase Contract with WGSI dated November 1, 1986 for 340.0 103m3/d (12,700 GJ/d) for the Fort St. John Division.
