On August 13, 1996 the Commission issued Order No. G-80-96 and its Reconsideration Decision Phase II pertaining to the Generic Review of Utility System Extension Tests; and B. On July 3, 1996 the Renewable Energy Association of British Columbia ("REA") filed an application for a participant funding cost award in the amount of $3,663.68 to cover its costs of preparation for its participation in the June 24, 1996 public hearing to reconsider the Commission's February 16, 1996 Decision on Utility System Extension Tests; and C. The Panel has determined that the REA's attendance at the public hearing requires reimbursement in accordance with Commission approved guidelines; and D. The Panel has discussed the claim having regard to the criteria and rates set out in Order No. G-117-93. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 133.1 (2) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to REA in the amount of $3,663.68 as shown in the Participant Cost Summary attached as Appendix A to this Order.
