Hydro's Industrial Customers and expressions of interest from others to direct B.C. Hydro to extend Rate Schedule 1844 - Spill Reduction Energy Rate. Although this specific Rate Schedule expired effective July 31, 1996, the Commission requests B.C. Hydro's views as to the desirability and feasibility of implementing a similar rate schedule on an extended basis. Accordingly, the Commission directs that B.C.
