Energy Coalition and the Consumers' Association of Canada (B.C. Branch) et al. ("CAC(BC) et al."); and B. The Panel reviewed the claims submitted by these parties; and C. The Panel discussed the claims having regard to the criteria and rates set out in Order No. G-l 17-93. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1.
