V6B 5R3 Dear Mr. Harrison: Re: British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority Application to Amend the Terms and Conditions of the Electric Tariff Relating to the Schedule of Standard Charges and Definitions On February 17, 1995 B.C. Hydro filed an application to amend its Schedule of Standard Charges and Definitions section contained in its Electric Tariff. On September 11, 1995, in response to Commission Order No. G-50-95 which directed RC. Hydro to participate in the generic hearing on systems extensions, B.C. Hydro re-submitted its application which was further amended on October 19, 1995. The Commission's Decision and Order No. G-19-96 on Utility System Extension Tests was issued on February 16, 1996 and directed B.C. Hydro, along with several other utilities, to file for Commission approval, revised system extension tests on or before May 31, 1996. As RC. Hydro's application to amend the Schedule of Standard Charges and Definitions section of its Electric Tariff relates to issues which are considered in the Commission's Decision on Utility System Extension Tests, the Commission is not prepared to approve the application at this time. B.C. Hydro is directed to submit, or re-submit, its application for changes to the Standard Charges and Definitions of its Electric Tariff in conjunction with its submission of a revised system extension test application.
