On December 19, 1996 British Columbia Hydro and Power AuthorityÊ("B.C.ÊHydro") applied to the Commission for approval to continue to include in its operating expenses, subsidy payments made to the customers of Yoho Power Ltd.Ê("Yoho") by extending the time period approved by Commission Order No.ÊG-106-96, to the expected date of interconnection of the Field, B.C. electrical distribution system to B.C. Hydro's integrated system, on or about JanuaryÊ15, 1997; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Application and has determined that an extension of the time period for subsidy payments is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves the extension of the subsidy payments made by B.C.ÊHydro to Yoho, applicable to Residential and Commercial Service Customers, other than accounts billed to and paid by the Federal Government of Canada, from DecemberÊ31, 1996 to the actual date of interconnection to B.C.ÊHydro's integrated system or JanuaryÊ31, 1997, whichever comes first.
