The Commission Panel received requests for Participant Funding pursuant to Section 133.1 (I) of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act") from the Independent Power Association of B.C., the B.C. Energy Coalition, the Consumers Association of Canada (B.C. Branch) et aI, Natural Resource Industries and Sustainable BC; and B. The Panel reviewed the claims submitted by these parties; and C. The Panel discussed the claims having regard to the criteria and rates set out in Order No. G-117-93. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 133.1 (I) of the Act, the Commission awards funds in the total amount of $137,782.15 as follows: Independent Power Association of B.C. The B.C. Energy Coalition The Consumers Association of Canada (B.C. Branch) Natural Resource Industries 2. The claim for Participant Funding by Sustainable BC is denied. 3. The above-noted awards are to be paid by British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority.
