Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L. R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) March 15, 1996 ORDER WHEREAS: A. On February 7, 1996 Newcal Energy Inc. ("Newcal") filed an application to reduce the rates contained in the Crude Petroleum Tariff for the Inga Oil Transmission Pipeline for transportation of product from Inga East by approximately 6. I percent effective January 1, 1996, pursuant to Part 7 of the Pipeline Act ("the Act"); and B. The rates contained in the Tariff apply to the gathering and transportation of crude petroleum at the pipeline segments designated as Inga South and Jnga East; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: I. Pursuant to Part 7 of the Act, the Commission approves NewcaI's February 7, 1996 application for a revised Crude Petroleum Tariff that allows for an approximate 6.1 percent reduction in tolls for Inga East, effective January I, 1996. 2. Newcal is to deliver a copy of this Order and the approved Crude Petroleum Tariff to all Shippers on the Pipeline.
