Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) JanuaryÊ16, 1997 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. The Commission, by Order No. G-31-92, approved for British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (ÒB.C. HydroÓ) the Interruptible Electricity Supply Agreement - Tariff Supplement No.Ê10 (Òthe AgreementÓ) with Westcoast Energy Inc. dated December 1, 1991 for energy supplied at Fort Nelson, B.C.; and B. B.C. Hydro is allowed to pass-through annual rate changes in accordance with calculations required in Section 6(d) of the Agreement; and C. On July 15, 1996 B.C. Hydro provided the Commission with rate changes to the Agreement covering the period April 1, 1996 to March 31, 1997; and D. The Commission has reviewed the rate changes and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves and accepts for filing for B.C. Hydro the rate changes to the Agreement with Westcoast Energy Inc., Electric Tariff Supplement No. 10, covering the period April 1, 1996 to MarchÊ31, 1997.
