Jaccard, Chairperson; and ) L.R. Barr, Deputy Chairperson ) March 27, 1997 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On MarchÊ7, 1997 Federated Pipe Lines (Western) Ltd. ("Federated") filed with the Commission an application for approval to decrease tolls by approximately 10.6Êpercent on its Taylor to Prince George and Taylor to Kamloops Crude Oil Pipeline ("the Pipeline") effective January 1, 1997 in accordance with the incentive tolling methodology; and B. On MarchÊ5, 1997 Federated confirmed that it reviewed the proposed toll revision with the Shippers on the Pipeline and determined that none of the Shippers intended to file a complaint; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and finds that approval is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to PartÊ7 of the Pipeline Act the Commission approves Federated's MarchÊ7, 1997 application for a revision to its Tolls and Tariff No.Ê25 allowing for a permanent decrease of approximately 10.6Êpercent effective JanuaryÊ1, 1997, subject to review in the event of a complaint by Shippers. 2. Federated is to deliver a copy of this Order and approved Tariff No.Ê25 to all Shippers on the Pipeline.
