On JulyÊ17, 1996 the Commission issued Order No.ÊG-76-96 and its Decision on the British Columbia Hydro and Power AuthorityÊ(ÒB.C.ÊHydroÓ) Industrial Service Options Application which approved Real Time PricingÊ(ÒRTPÓ) Rate ScheduleÊ1848 for a one-year trial period ending JulyÊ17, 1997; and B. On JanuaryÊ31 and February 6, 1997 B.C.ÊHydro applied to the Commission for approval of a FebruaryÊ6, 1997 Supplementary Agreement with B.C. Rail Ltd.Ê(ÒB.C. RailÓ) for access to the RTP Electric Tariff Rate ScheduleÊ1848 for the period ending JulyÊ17, 1997 for its electric railway supply at Tumbler Ridge,ÊB.C.; and C. The Commission has reviewed the B.C.ÊHydro and B.C. Rail Agreement and finds that it satisfies the criteria contained in Rate ScheduleÊ1848 and the CommissionÕs Decision. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for B.C.ÊHydro the Supplementary Agreement for RTP access dated FebruaryÊ6, 1997 with B.C. Rail, effective immediately.
