Hydro's responses to the questions contained in Letter L-20-97, which included a request for an extension to the filing of a draft Code of Conduct and a draft Transfer Pricing Policy, the Commission approves an extension to no later than October 31, 1997. In doing so, however, the Commission notes that this extension is considerably longer than the extensions granted to any other utility. The Commission wishes to resolve all matters related to RMDM and expects that B.C.
