In its Decision dated June 25, 1996, the Commission approved for British Columbia Hydro and Power AuthorityÊ(ÒB.C.ÊHydroÓ) its Wholesale Transmission Services (ÒWTSÓ) Application subject to several changes; and B. On February 17, 1997 B.C. Hydro filed its Revised WTS Application in response to those determinations; and C. On March 24, 1997 the Commission, by Order No. G-31-97, gave interim approval to the WTS Tariffs, except those related to the auction proposal, and directed B.C. Hydro to refile the Rate Schedules; and D. On AprilÊ2, 1997 B.C.ÊHydro refiled the Rate Schedules in accordance with Order No.ÊG-31-97 and including certain errata chenges, and on AprilÊ25, 1997, B.C.ÊHydro filed further errata changes; and E. The Commission reviewed the filing and has determined that the Rate Schedules should be approved. .../2
2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for B.C. Hydro the Electric Tariff Rate Schedules relating to WTS on an interim basis effective April 1, 1997. 2. B.C. Hydro is to inform all appropriate customers of the interim approval and provide copies of approved schedules for service.
