Kinsley, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. The Commission, by Order No.ÊG-124-92, approved for Squamish Gas Co. Ltd.Ê("Squamish Gas") a three-year Agreement covering the lease of propane storage tanks to Superior Propane Inc. ("Superior") ending SeptemberÊ30, 1996. The Agreement allowed for a renewal term of an additional three years, negotiation of the annual rental fee and month-to-month rental during the renewal negotiations; and B. On AprilÊ7, 1997 Squamish Gas filed for approval a one-year Lease Agreement with Superior for two propane storage tanks at an annual rent of $35,000, effective NovemberÊ1, 1996; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for Squamish Gas the new one-year propane storage tank Lease Agreement with Superior commencing NovemberÊ1, 1996 and, a one-month extension to OctoberÊ31, 1996, of the propane storage tank Lease Agreement approved by Order No.ÊG-124-92.
