The request for reimbursement of $751.00 related to the April 22 to 25, 1996 expenses of the Irrigation District's Chairman has been denied. Participant Assistance costs are required to be submitted within one month following the adjournment of the proceeding, and that time has long since passed. In future, the District is encouraged to present a budget for its estimated participation in similar hearings in accordance with a Commission order and notice of public hearing.
