Hall, Commissioner ) F.C. Leighton, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On December 10, 1997, Centra Gas Whistler Inc. ("Centra Gas") applied to the Commission for approval of a new Gas Tariff for customers connected to the underground distribution grid system, located in the Resort Municipality of Whistler; and B. The Gas Tariff amends the existing tariff, identified as BCUC No. 2, and removes all prior utility references to Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. and ICG Utilities (British Columbia) Ltd. Standard backbilling policies have been incorporated into the Tariff; and C. The Commission has reviewed the filing and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for Centra Gas Whistler Inc. the new Gas Tariff as filed by letter dated December 10, 1997, effective January 1, 1998.
